Touring around Yellowstone

After an egg & toast breakfast we set off to Yellowstone at 7am. 9C, sunny, cloudy-bright, perfect touring weather.

It's so out-of-this-world, and then there are the many bison. It's hard to remember they are wild animals, but you must stay aware of that, especially when there are young calves around.

We walked trails in among geysers and mudpots.

We could really smell the sulfur here
and drove to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.

Back thru Madison to West Yellowstone for groceries, got a steak for supper, some red potatoes. It started to rain soon after we got back to the trailer at 2:30.
